How your order works

Every item in my shop is made specifically for you when you place your order. That means nothing sits in a warehouse — your shirt, print, or hoodie gets produced by Printful (my print-on-demand partner) and shipped directly to you from one of their fulfilment centres in Europe or the US, depending on what you ordered and where you live.

This keeps my shop sustainable and lets me offer a wide range of products, but it does mean a couple of things you should know before you buy.

Please size carefully

Because each item is made to order, I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. This isn't me being difficult — it's simply how print-on-demand works. There's no stock to swap with.

Every product page has a size guide. Please use it. If you're between sizes, I'd suggest going up. And if you have any questions before ordering, just get in touch — I'd rather help you get it right the first time.

Under EU consumer law (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or that are clearly personalised — which covers all print-on-demand products. Elizabeth Road, Inc. This is the legal basis for the no-returns policy, and it's worth knowing upfront.

Damaged, wrong, or faulty items

This is different. If your order arrives damaged, with a print defect, or you received the wrong item entirely, I want to make it right. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

I'll get a replacement sorted for you at no cost. Do not contact Printful directly — come to me first and I'll handle it from there.

Shipping times

After your order is placed, production typically takes 2–5 business days before it ships. Once it's on its way, estimated delivery times are:

  • Within the EU: 5–10 business days

  • Outside the EU / International: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen with carriers, especially around holidays.

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

International orders & customs

If you're ordering from outside the EU, your country may charge additional import duties, VAT, or customs fees on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority — I have no control over them and can't predict what they'll be. Please check with your local customs office before ordering if this is a concern.

Wrong address / unclaimed packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or because it went unclaimed, you'll be responsible for any reshipping costs.

I have no control over these fees and don’t have info on how fees work in different countries. The customs department in your country may require you to pay import fees when you receive your package. International shipments generally take 10-21 days to arrive, but Covid19 can impact shipping time**

For orders shipped from the Europe location to a European destination, shipping can take between 5-10 business days after fulfilment. For orders shipped from the Europe location to non-EU regions, it can be between 10-20 business days.
